1. Refund Policy

At SJ Miracles, your transformation is our highest priority. However, due to the nature of digital products, live webinars, healing sessions, and personalized coaching services, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Once you book a seat for a session, webinar, or healing service, your slot is reserved with care, and energy is already being invested into your journey.

Please read all program details carefully before booking. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out to us via WhatsApp for clarification before enrolling.

Exceptions:

  • In rare circumstances such as duplicate payments, technical errors, or cancellation of a session by us, a refund may be considered at our discretion. In these cases, payment will be refunded in 5 to 7 working days.

  • For any such case, please email us at sugandhajadhav6@gmail.com within 48 hours of the transaction.

2. Return Policy

 

Since all our offerings are digital, live, or energetically delivered (webinars, healing sessions, and coaching), there are no physical products to return. Therefore, a return policy is not applicable.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Digital content

  • Healing sessions (group or VIP)

  • Webinar access

  • Any personalized or downloadable services

Thank you for understanding that your investment is into your personal growth, and energy work once initiated cannot be reversed.

Terms & Conditions – Payment

1. Payment Confirmation

Your seat for the program will be confirmed only after full payment of the registration fee (₹199 or applicable amount) is successfully received.

 

2. Non-Refundable

All payments are non-refundable, including but not limited to cases of no-shows, schedule conflicts, or change of mind after booking, duplicate payments, or technical errors. In these cases, payment will be refunded in 5 to 7 working days.

 

3. Non-Transferable

Once booked, the payment is non-transferable to another person or future event unless explicitly approved by SJ Miracles.

 

4. Mode of Payment

Payments must be made through the official payment link, QR code, bank transfer, or UPI ID as provided by SJ Miracles.

 

5. Limited-Time Price

The ₹199 fee is an introductory/limited-time offer and may change for future webinars or sessions.

 

6. Payment Disputes

Any issues or disputes related to payment must be reported within 24 hours of payment with valid proof (screenshot, transaction ID).

 

7. Tax & Charges

Any additional bank fees, UPI charges, or transaction fees (if applicable) are to be borne by the participant.
